General Terms and Conditions for Numiva
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website or mobile application (“Numiva”) – also referred to hereafter as the (“App”), a platform owned and operated by Codela LTD, a company registered under the laws of the United Kingdom. By accessing or using our website, App, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Provided
Description of Services: Numiva is a digital communication and connectivity platform that enables customers to access global mobile and virtual number services provided by international telecom operators, without the need for a physical SIM card.
Numiva acts as a reseller and technology intermediary offering a wide range of services for many countries, including:
- Virtual Phone Numbers (eSIM Numbers): Each number or group of numbers comes with specific features and advantages, clearly displayed in the App before purchase. Users can review details before confirming any payment.
- Social Media Numbers: Optimized numbers for social media use, ranked based on performance and compatibility.
- Mobile Data Plans: For users with eSIM (Embedded SIM) compatible devices.
- Calling Minutes & SMS Services: Including local and international calling and messaging capabilities.
- Full eSIM Profiles: Containing data plans, phone numbers, and voice minutes.
Geographic Availability: Numiva’s services are available globally, subject to local laws, telecom regulations, and regional restrictions.
Service Limitations: All products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Numiva does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for any limitations inherent to third-party networks or external systems.
2. Account Registration
User Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create a Numiva account. During registration, you may be required to provide:
- A valid mobile number
- Full name
- ID or passport copy and proof of address (if required by local telecom laws)
- Email address
Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your details updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Account Security: You must notify Numiva immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. Numiva will not be liable for losses arising from failure to secure your account.
3. Data Protection
Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, process, and store personal information.
Data Collection and Security: By using the App, you consent to the collection of necessary personal data (e.g., name, contact details, payment information) required to deliver services. Numiva implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to safeguard this data against unauthorized access or misuse.

4. Use of the App
Permitted Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations. You must not engage in fraudulent, malicious, or abusive activities.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to:
- Transmit spam, obscene, or unlawful content.
- Use automated systems (bots, scripts, etc.) to overload or disrupt service.
- Engage in telemarketing, bulk messaging, or high-volume calling inconsistent with normal individual use.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Numiva systems.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
5. Service Activation and Device Compatibility
Activation:
- Phone Numbers: Activated automatically upon purchase. Some numbers may require ID verification under local laws.
- Mobile Data/eSIMs: Numiva provides a QR code for profile installation. Data activation occurs upon network connection.
Device Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM technology. Numiva is not liable for purchases made for unsupported devices or for accidental deletion of installed eSIM profiles.
Once activated, deleted eSIM profiles cannot be reissued or refunded.
6. Purchasing and Billing
Pricing: All pricing is displayed in the App or on Numiva.me and may change without notice. Taxes or fees may be added at checkout as required by law.
Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases. Payments may be processed via in-app purchases, credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other supported payment methods.
Currency: All transactions are processed in USD ($) unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of Numiva’s products (eSIMs, data plans, phone numbers, calling credits), once a purchase is completed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review all details before confirming your order.
7. Ownership and Usage Rights
- Upon purchase, you gain the right to use the selected service; ownership of telecom numbers or network assets remains with the respective telecom operators.
- Subscription services remain active for the purchased duration (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
- Consumable services such as calling credits must be used within one year of activation.
- Expired or unrenewed numbers may be reassigned to other users. Numiva bears no responsibility for loss of access to any accounts (social media, messaging, etc.) linked to expired numbers.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: Numiva provides all services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Codela LTD and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Numiva.
In any event, Numiva’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- $150, or
- The amount you paid to Numiva for the affected service in the 12 months prior to the event.
This limitation does not apply to cases of fraud, gross negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services
Numiva may integrate services from third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their terms, privacy policies, or service quality.
Your use of such third-party services is at your own risk, and Numiva disclaims any related liability.
10. Modifications to Terms
Numiva reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting the updated Terms on Numiva.me or within the App.
We will notify users of any significant updates by appropriate means. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
